Isabelle Glavin Awarded Scholarship
Congratulations to our own Isabelle Glavin from Dance Center Evanston who competed at the Cecchetti International Classical Ballet (CICB) Competition this summer in Richmond, VA. Isabelle was awarded a scholarship to Canada's National Ballet School. We're very proud of you Isabelle and wish you all the best in pursuit of your dreams in dance!
Isabelle Glavin is going into her Junior year at Evanston Township High School in Evanston, Illinois, and is a student at Dance Center Evanston where she receives ballet training from Béa Rashid, Victoria Barlow, Mike Gosney, Laura Brand and Stacy Joy Keller. Isabelle has been a member of the Evanston Dance Ensemble pre-professional company for four years and has performed with professional companies, including Elements Contemporary Ballet (apprentice) and in RPM Productions' original ballet "An American Portrait" (guest artist). In 2013, Isabelle attended the Pittsburgh Ballet Theater school summer intensive and this year attended the Harid Conservatory summer intensive. Isabelle has completed the Cecchetti grade six curriculum.
